Start this project from an existing structure building (that previously designed for shophouse - and now the owner want to convert it to shopping mall) is an exciting challenge for us. We came up with single corridor mall concept, that will be a seating area of FNB tenants (in the front facade) so the vistor can have a great GWK view from the upper floor and we don't have to use AC (air conditioning) at the corridor
We complemented a passive cooling ventilation system that maximized a natural ventilation and natural lighting at the corridor

Building facade is designed with Balinese approach, the atrium as a main lobby is designed transparently and 'open' that reflects a welcome Balinese community.
